This podcast is aimed at all members of our university who want to know how they can best support people affected by sexualized harassment and violence in their position as supervisor. Sometimes supervisors have little experience in dealing with such situations, which is why we would like to support you with this podcast and provide initial impulses. The podcast is intended as an awareness-raising offer that aims to encourage an approach that is adapted to the individual situation and in accordance with the applicable guidelines.
