Following the successful completion of the auditing process, JGU’s diversity strategy will be further developed in a broadly supported discourse and expanded to include stakeholder groups that have not yet been considered. On June 27, 2017, the university management board discussed the further development of diversity activities with students, teaching staff, and employees from the university’s central and decentralized departments. By involving as many members of JGU as possible, we ensured that a wide range of perspectives, suggestions, impulses and expertise were incorporated into the diversity strategy. The aim is to develop a document that provides guidance for all JGU members and sets out the strategic development goals for the coming years.
